10. Training, research, self-monitoring and enforcement will be included to facilitate the program and increase the efficiency of the working manpower.

Under this policy, there will be the following strategies:

♦ Research and enforcement will be included in every non-formal education program. ♦ Non-formal education center will necessarily include research and implementation in non-formal education programs conducted by itself and other organizations. There will be:

♦ Integrating research and promotion work into various levels of non-formal education programs. ♦ To include research and enforcement within the scope of work of administrators, assistants/teachers. ♦ Analyzing the results of research and enforcement and making timely revisions in policies, tactics, programs, curricula, curriculum, training, etc.
